Rally to #ExpandFairFares!

After riders won an additional $20 million in the City budget to expand Fair Fares, we’re urging Mayor Adams to get the absolute most out of every dollar by doubling the qualifying income to 200% of the federal poverty level.

While any additional funding is great, without sufficiently expanded eligibility, many struggling New Yorkers still make too much to qualify for discounted transit through Fair Fares.

Join us on Thursday, October 5 at noon, along with TWU Local 100, Community Service Society, advocates, and elected leaders to call on Mayor Adams to double Fair Fares eligibility to 200% of the federal poverty level!
