What is screen printing?
Screen printing is an art form in which a stenciled design is transferred to a flat surface with ink, a mesh screen, and a squeegee. It’s great for t-shirts, posters, and lots more! Our guest artist Francesca will screen print any items you bring and they’ll be ready to take home that day.
What will the design look like?
Click here for a sneak peek! This design will be printed in dark green ink, so please keep that in mind when thinking about what items you‘d like to bring. The design is 8.5 in. x 8.5 in. and cannot be resized.
What should I bring?
Screen printing works well on most any fabrics that can lay flat. The design is sized to accommodate most youth and adult t-shirts, tote bags, bandanas, posters, and pillowcases. Blank posters will also be provided.
If you have a question about a specific item you‘d like to bring for printing, or anything else related to this event, please reach out to Hannah Land, Fundraising Associate, at hannah@ridersalliance.org.
