Fix the Bus Queens Assembly

Over a million people depend on New York’s slow bus service every single day – but we’re still put last.

Everyone depends on bus riders’ work in hospitals, schools, homecare and more. But New Yorkers are stuck with unreliable commutes on buses that don’t show up on time and when they do – they’re crawling through traffic.
NYC doesn’t run without its buses.

We need buses that are fast, free, and funded:

  • Fast buses: clear streets to save riders time and money by getting us to work and school
  • Free buses: speed up commutes, end hostile fare enforcement, and make transit more affordable
  • Funded buses: reliable funding to support a bus network that we can depend on

Join us on Wednesday, November 11, 6pm-7:30pm at the Queens Assembly to meet and start organizing with bus riders in your neighborhood.

Together, bus riders have the power to win fast, free, and fully-funded buses. Alone, we’re just stuck in traffic.
